The Back Bay Ringers, Boston's community handbell ensemble, presents "Perpetual Motion: Music for Handbells", a concert of works for handbells inspired by movement and dance. In addition to arrangements of classical works and original compositions for our instrument, the program will feature the world premiere of "Prologue and Rythmic Dance", and original work by Cathy Moklebust commissioned in celebration of the Back Bay Ringers' fifth anniversary.

Highland Dance Boston in concert - a presentation of traditional and contemporary Scottish highland dance choreography.

Akhra, Inc. presents "He Who Burns", choreographed and directed by Wendy Jehlen. This production was created and premiered in India and is coming to the U.S. for the first time, featuring the original cast of Kim Eunjung, Predhuman Nayak, and Wendy Jehlen, with music by Nandlal Nayack. The performance is rooted in the ancient tradition of syncretism, combining dance theater elements of Islam and Hinduism, and incorporates performance styles as diverse as Brazilian Capoeira, Japanese Butoh, Sanskrit Theater, Contact Improvisation, West African dance, and American Sign Language poetry.

Parking at The Agganis Arena costs $1.00 an hour if they are not hosting an event of their own. If that is the case then patrons of the Dance Theater will be able to park at 808 Commonwealth Ave (Lot F) for $5.00.
