Fitness
For all Fitness Services, except Fitness Evaluation for Faculty/Staff, call 617-358-3760 for an appointment. For Faculty/Staff Fitness Evaluations, call Sargent College Clinical Centers at 617-414-6830 for an appointment. Participants must be FitRec members to be eligible for personal training.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training includes a wide variety of wellness services and packages to fit your individual needs. Members can choose to have a Body Fat assessment, Cardiovascular and Muscular Fitness Evaluation, or a 1-on-1 Personal Training session. For those who seek the ultimate fitness experience, we offer an all-inclusive package that includes a fitness Evaluation/testing session, a program design, and one training session. Personal Training provides 1-on-1 instruction under the supervision of one of our Certified Personal Trainers.
Clean sneakers exclusively for studio use are required. No street shoes allowed!
Highlighted classes are also part of the Group Exercise Card program.
