PE Credit Classes

Outdoor Education

The following classes will be offered next spring semester:

PDP OE102 A1 Downhill Skiing Wed. 5-11pm

PDP OE1December 22, 2008rs 5-11pm

PDP OE104 A1 Snowboarding Wed. 5-11pm

PDP OE104 B1 Snowboarding Thurs. 5-11pm

The class meets for five weeks on either Wednesday or Thursday nights. Buses will leave from the George Sherman Union, 775 Commonwealth Ave at 5:00pm and transport you to Nashoba Valley. There you will receive lift tickets for the evening and rental equipment, if you have prepaid for it. Group lessons are taught by Nashoba Valley staff, with plenty of opportunity to practice on your own after lessons. Buses will return you to the GSU by 11:00pm. If you would like to rent equipment for the class, please visit the FitRec Center, Room 222 on January 24th between 4-6 pm to be prefit.

Sign up for classes on the Student Link. There is a $165 fee for this class which covers the transportation and lift tickets. An additional $85 will allow you to rent equipment each week at the mountain. The deadline to pay course fees is January 24th.
