Help Desk
OIT staff and student consultants provide in-person support at the Consulting Services Help Desk in the basement of 111 Cummington Street. You can view information at www.bu.edu/pcsc, call the Help Desk at 617-353-2784 or send mail to help@acs.bu.edu. The Help Desk also maintains several PCs and Macs for self-paced training on many popular applications. Optical scanners are available for scanning photos, graphics, and text. Operated by OIT Central Consulting, the Help Desk is open seven days a week, including evenings, and offers help with ACS and related services, such as e-mail.
