Once inside the 111 Cummington Street entrance ...
IT's front office is located on street level, through a wooden door on the left, just inside the entrance. Front office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Basement locations are down the stairs to the right. Once downstairs, you will see our main PC lab and, to your left, the I/O Window. Both are open continuously from 10:00 AM Sunday to 9:00 PM Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday. To your right is Consulting Services' Help Desk.
New facilities are currenlty being constructed for the IT Help Center (formerly known as the Personal Computing Support Center). During construction in Summer 2009 and Fall 2009, the IT Help Center is located at 533 Commonwealth Avenue, Kenmore Square.
The IT Help Center also has a tutorial facility, located at 100 Cummington Street. To find it, leave the main IT building at 111 Cummington, go back out to the street and walk down the sidewalk to your right. At the corner where Cummington Street bends to the right, cross directly to your left and enter 100 Cummington Street where you see a ramp leading up to a pair of glass doors.
