Professor Robert B. Seidman ("Bob") teaches the Legislation Policy & Drafting Clinics. Bob's wife, Professor Ann Willcox Seidman ("Ann"), economist and international expert on legislation, serves as special consultant to the Legislation Clinics.
Bob has been a distinguished member of the BU Law faculty since 1972. With Ann, he has served as chief technical consultant to United Nations-sponsored programs that are helping the Chinese government achieve economic reforms and strengthen legislative drafting. Under the sponsorship of the United Nations Development Program and other agencies, Bob and Ann have implemented similar programs in the Lao P.D.R., South Africa, Belize, Sri Lanka, Mozambique, Bhutan, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Guyana, Cambodia, Afghanistan and Kyrgystan.
Bob and Ann maintain an open-door policy and are delighted to speak with students.

Professor Kealy joined BUSL's clinical faculty in 2007. He runs the Legislative Counsel Clinic and the Legislative Internship Program. Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Kealy worked as legal advisor to State Senator Cynthia Stone Creem (D-Newton) and counsel to the General Court’s Joint Committee on Criminal Justice and the Joint Committee on Revenue. He has also worked as assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
