The Personal Computing Support Center

The Personal Computing Support Center is a department of the Office of Information Technology. We provide personal computing support to the students, faculty and staff of Boston University via this Web site, our tutorials program, individual consulting, and our telephone and walk-in support center.

Within this site you will find information about connecting your computer to Ethernet and wireless networks, protecting it from viruses and spyware, using e-mail, using supported software, purchasing computers, taking tutorials, and many other topics.
We fully support both Windows and the Mac OS.
