RSS

What is RSS?

RSS is a system of syndicated news feeds that are updated every time the web site is updated. News feeds allow you to get the news that interests you, in your news reader, as soon as it is published on the web site. Many major news and sports sites now offer RSS feeds in addition to their web-based content.

Before you subscribe, get a news reader.

RSS requires either a news reader application (installed on your computer), an RSS-enabled web browser (like Safari), an RSS plug-in for your existing browser (like Pluck for IE and Firefox), or a service that aggregates news feeds, such as MyYahoo, Google Desktop or NewsGator. The news feeds are free.
