B.U. Bridge, Boston University's community newspaper, specifically published to highlight BU, its affiliates and the official University calendar, is mailed directly to all 15,000 faculty and staff, and is distributed free at more than 30 sites on the Charles River Campus for students and visitors.

B.U. Bridge is a tabloid-size newspaper (11"; x 17") with five columns. It is printed on Wednesdays, distributed around Boston University on Fridays. Ads must be received no later than noon on the Friday before the publishing date.

HOW TO SUBMIT

PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator (outlined text), or Mac-formatted Zip disk or CD with correctly sized ad in Quark (be sure to include all fonts and image files used in ad). Sorry, we cannot accept PC disks or Page Maker documents. Files up to 1M can also be e-mailed to bridge@bu.edu. Space reservations accepted via e-mail or fax.

Camera-ready, correctly sized ad. Repros and laser prints are camera-ready, faxes and photocopies are not. Preferred halftone screen is 85 lpi, maximum 100 lpi
